Get Inspired Stories!!

This initiative will bring together all CEPTians in the Americas, who choose to challenge stereotypes and biases, towards creating an inclusive and equal world: #ChooseToChallenge

The key objective of the initiative is to connect, support and empower CEPT Women Alumni in the Americas! The idea is to share the inspiring stories of unapologetically resilient CEPTAAA women, who achieved their personal and professional goals, took the roads less traveled and explored uncharted territories, challenged the cultural norms while contributing significantly to the field. The intent here is to bring different women voices to the table and share unheard stories.

The initiative will provide an opportunity to bring CEPT AAA women and men together for enhanced gender awareness and sensitization, with an aim to create an open dialogue and safe space for discussing various issues faced by women and finding common solutions to those challenges.

The initiative will serve as a platform for exchanging experiences of CEPT AAA women in the workplace and at home, how they prevailed over the barriers and the kind of support they received from family and friends. In the same vein, the series will also highlight the critical role that the male counterparts have in building an inclusive world by inviting CEPT AAA men to share their supportive stories.

5:30 pm EST onwards CEPT AAA Social

The launch event was overwhelmingly well received with 145 registrants and around 90 attendees! This made a history and broke all past records of CEPT AAA events. The initiative hopes to continue the discourse with future events and activities.

Kudos to all presenters who very candidly shared their real life stories and opened up an avenue for everyone to talk about Gender Equality. It was truly inspiring!
